The Air Force of Burundi uses a Green-white-red roundel.
Encyclopaedia Universalis Yearbook (1998) says that 100% of the total
contingent of the Armed Forces (18,500 men) served in the land army in 1996.
Due to the troubled situation in the Great Lakes region, it might be
difficult to get a more updated information.

It seems that Burundi Army Aviation is using same roundel as Italy (which seems to have been changed recently for lower visibility;
Ed).
The report above is the same as reported by Cochrane & Elliott (1998) [cos98]. My only
other remark is that government aircraft carry the national flag on the fin (see http://www.airliners.net/open.file/506171/L/).
